So keep in mind that I was very young when 9/11 occurred but as long as I can remember the media has always been a somewhat twisted version of a really good idea. Supposedly it was different before the towers fell, but I’m quite skeptical of this. The problem with media is that it is impossible to have an unbiased view of virtually anything. Regardless of what the outlet is there is going to be a skewed view. Many programs leave out certain details that might conflict with their own idea of the situation and people take it as is.I feel this encourages ignorance. People want short, simple stories that they can be few with a silver spoon and that has turned America into some kind of regurgitated information monster. Not only on the consumer side but also on the production side. It seems to me there is a lot of misinformation available that could easily be fixed with a little fact checking.
